Centerchem Inc. has acquired DIOW Products, Inc., a supplier of ingredients and novel functional technologies for the cosmetic and personal care industry since 1999. According to Centerchem, DIOW places strong emphasis on quality, customer service and new product development. Mark Palumbo, founder of DIOW, will join Centerchem as vice president.
